1. About the service
Lane of Memories is a digital entertainment service for weddings, parties, and events. The service includes tools for quiz, guest photos, and live slideshow. The license covers one event with an unlimited number of guests for the duration the license is active.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. The purchase is binding once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation by email.
3. Delivery
Access to the service is granted immediately upon confirmed payment. You will receive login details and your event code at the email address provided.
4. Cancellation policy
Important: Because the service is digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final once access is activated. By completing your purchase you confirm that you understand and agree to this policy.
If for any reason you are unable to use the service for your event, please contact us at hello@laneofmemories.com — we will do our best to find a solution.
5. Refunds
Refunds are not automatically provided once access is activated. If technical failures on our part render the service unusable during your event, we will offer compensation or a refund on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible: hello@laneofmemories.com.
6. License
You purchase a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Lane of Memories for one event. Reselling, sharing, or transferring the license to third parties is not permitted.
7. User-generated content
You are responsible for content uploaded by you or your guests. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable law.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers outside our control.
9. Disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@laneofmemories.com. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your state or country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. The terms in force at the time of your purchase apply to your license.
