1. About the service
Lane of Memories is a digital entertainment service for weddings, parties, and events. The service includes tools for quiz, guest photos, and live slideshow. The licence covers one event with an unlimited number of guests for the duration the licence is active.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout, inclusive of applicable VAT where required. Payment is made via Stripe and accepted payment cards. The purchase is binding once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation by email.
3. Delivery
Access to the service is granted immediately upon confirmed payment. You will receive login details and your event code at the email address provided.
4. Right to cancel
Important: Consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK). For digital content delivered immediately, this right is lost when you explicitly request immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge that this waives your cancellation right. You give this acknowledgement by ticking the checkbox during the checkout process.

5. Cancellations and refunds
As the cancellation right is waived upon immediate delivery of digital content, refunds are not automatically provided once access is activated. If technical failures on our part render the service unusable during your event, we will offer compensation or a refund on a case-by-case basis. 6. Licence
You purchase a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Lane of Memories for one event. Reselling, sharing, or transferring the licence to third parties is not permitted.
7. User-generated content
You are responsible for content uploaded by you or your guests. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (internet, power, etc.) outside our control.
9. Complaints
Complaints should be directed to hello@laneofmemories.com. You may also contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. The terms in force at the time of your purchase apply to your licence.
